Leadership Experience

The mission of Fellowship NWA is "to produce and release spiritual leaders." At Fellowship, we define a spiritual leader as "a maturing disciple of Christ with a ministry focus." In effect, we are called to be a "leadership factory" for our church and the greater kingdom of God.

Giving people the opportunity to serve and lead is at the core of our philosophy of ministry. Leadership (serving) opportunities abound at Fellowship. There's always something available year-round.

Getting Started

  • First, take the online Leader Profile Assessment.
  • Watch this video discussion on the "Leader Profile" to get your processing started.

  •  Then, serve or lead for at least one semester in a ministry role at Fellowship NWA (children or student ministries, cell leadership, guest services, etc.), or serve for a season as part of the broader Kingdom movement (Samaritan Community Center, Influencers, Cobblestone Project, etc.).

    • For opportunities to serve contact your Community Pastor (Sunday or Mosaic) or a Ministry Team Leader for assistance.
    • For campus based serving volunteer opportunities visit our Serve One to get started.
